Families displaced in Richmond apartment fire
RICHMOND, Va. (WTVR) – Richmond fire investigators are working to determine what started a fire at an apartment building along the 2500 block of Rosetta St. Saturday night.
At 9:49 p.m., the fire department tweeted the fire was under control.

Firefighters arrived on scene at 9:15 p.m.
Richmond Fire Lt. Robert Hagaman said there are no reports of injuries at this time. He says up to five families, about 14 people, were displaced and the Red Cross is assisting them at this time.
