Possible changes to VCU’s code of conduct prompt protest

RICHMOND, Va. (WTVR) - Some possible changes to Virginia Commonwealth University's code of conduct has some students upset.

In fact, a group of students staged a march across campus Friday to protest the changes.

The students said they believe the change will violate their First Amendment rights.
