Red Flag Warning again Tuesday

RICHMOND, Va. (WTVR) – The expected combination of low relative humidity, warm temperatures, and gusty winds (around 30 mph this afternoon) has prompted a red flag warning to be issued for the entire area Tuesday between noon and 8 p.m.  Outdoor burning is highly discouraged, even between 4 p.m. and Midnight.

Abnormally dry conditions continue to develop in central Virginia. Here’s the rain check for Richmond:
