Police say Chesterfield woman’s disappearance is suspicious

CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, Va. (WTVR) – Police are looking for a 41-year-old Chesterfield woman who went missing earlier this week.

Leyla Namiranian, of the 2000 block of Normandstone Drive, was last seen leaving her job around 6:30 p.m. Wednesday.

Police believe went home, but never showed up for work Thursday.

Investigators found Namiranian’s vehicle was at her residence where there were no signs that she had planned to leave. Additionally, there were no signs of a struggle at the home.

Namiranian, 41, is described as a white female with brown hair and brown eyes. She is about 5 feet, 5 inches tall and weighing 140 pounds.

Police are investigating this as a suspicious missing person.
