Goochland man faces 17 counts of child porn distribution

GOOCHLAND, Va. (WTVR) Virginia State police have arrested Paul E. McKinney, 43, for distribution of child pornography.

McKinney, a Goochland County resident was taken into custody without incident, said police.

He is being held without bond at the Henrico County Jail on 17 felony counts of child pornography distribution.

The VSP utilized its High-Tech Crimes Division and began investigating McKinney, more than one year ago, in March 2011.

Police said that forensic examination of McKinney’s computer revealed he had been receiving and sharing child pornography from his residence in the 3200 block of River Road West in Goochland County.
