PRINCE GEORGE COUNTY, Va. (WTVR) - President Barack Obama toured the Rolls-Royce plant in Prince George County, Virginia Friday prior to delivering a speech on the U.S. economy. [Click here]

According to White House pool reports, President Obama chatted with workers at the plant during his tour. At one point the President hit the "go' button on one of the machines in the plant, but nothing happened.

"It's not exactly lightening quick," a worker told the President.
