WINTER WEATHER: Chesterfield, Henrico and Richmond schools to open two hours late

RICHMOND, Va. (WTVR) – Public schools in Chesterfield County, Henrico County and the City of Richmond will open two hours late Monday morning.

Snow is expected to fall in metro-Richmond later this morning.
