Tupac’s story heads to Broadway

(CNN) – Good news for Tupac Shakur fans.  A musical inspired by the late rapper’s music is headed to Broadway.

According to Playbill, casting in the Kenny Leon-directed performance is about to begin in New York for the show called “Holler if Ya Hear Me.”

He also directed “A Raisin in the Sun.”

No word on when the show will debut.
