Postal service cuts mean slower mail in 2012

RICHMOND, VA (WTVR) – The U.S. Postal service announced cost-cutting changes it hoped to undergo in 2012.

The changes, as Sam Brock reports, would result in slowing down the speed first class mail is delivered.
