RICHMOND, Va. -- Some clouds will roll in tonight, making skies partly cloudy. It won't be as cold, with lows in the 30s.
We’ll see some sun early Monday, but the clouds will continue to increase. A few showers are possible in the afternoon across western Virginia, with just the chance of a shower in Metro Richmond by evening. It will turn much warmer, with afternoon highs in the mid 60s.
Some showers will be around on Tuesday, with highs again in the 60s. A cold front will pass through Tuesday night, pushing the rain south of us for Wednesday. It will remain mild, with highs again in the 60s.
Another system passing south of us on Thursday will bring some clouds and possibly a few showers to southside Virginia, but those rain chances look pretty low right now. Highs will be in the mid to upper 50s.
Colder and drier air will return the end of the week, with highs in the mid 50s on Friday, and in the upper 40s to around 50 on Saturday. Next weekend will feature some cold mornings, with lows in the 20s to low 30s. However, we’ll bounce back into the 50s by Sunday afternoon, with plenty of sunshine expected through the weekend.
