Breezy, cold sunshine will be around for Monday, the high will be in the mid 40s. Tonight will fall into the mid 20s.
Tuesday will be partly sunny with highs in the mid 40s. Then we continue to monitor another winter storm for Wednesday into early Thursday.
Snow will begin falling on and off in the metro area by late morning and continue into very early Thursday morning. Snow amounts of 4-8" will be possible, with the lower end of that in Richmond and the higher end in the south and eastern areas of Virginia. A few areas to the south could exceed 8".
Skies will clear out Thursday afternoon, and dry, cold weather is expected into next weekend.
