GOOCHLAND COUNTY, Va. -- CarMax announced it hoped to hire 200 people to fill new roles inside its corporate headquarters at West Creek in Goochland. The jobs are with the used car company's Customer Experience Centers and pay up to $22 an hour or more.
The new roles will help CarMax customers do their car shopping online.
“Customer Experience Center associates are critical to CarMax’s success and have an opportunity to truly make a difference in an innovative and collaborative work environment,” Diane Cafritz, CarMax chief human resources officer, said. “They help provide our customers with a convenient and personalized car buying experience where customers can do as much of the car buying process from home as they’d like.”
