CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, Va. -- The coronavirus pandemic has been difficult for many small business owners, particularly for locally owned restaurants.
Despite the challenges of 2020, Fuji Sushi in Midlothian have been to keep their doors open.
Fuji Sushi offers everything from shrimp tempura to spicy tuna rolls -- as well as a number of appetizers -- like crab rangoon and dumplings.
There are also some options for those who may not want sushi, including teriyaki entrees, noodle dishes and kid-friendly items.
Right now, they're also offering to-go options.
Manager Vicky Chan says they're grateful to their loyal customers who've helped them stay afloat during the pandemic.
"We're very appreciative of our loyal customers here to support my business during a tough year. I hope next year, everything get better and great," said Chan.
