RICHMOND, Va. - Salt & Forge, a popular Richmond-based breakfast and lunch spot, is known for its delicious sandwiches and biscuits — and now they’re in the spotlight for their service to the community. The team created the “Give a Biscuit” project to recognize National Nurses Week, which will be held on May 6th through 12th. Salt & Forge made a commitment to serve as least 1,400 biscuits to employees of emergency rooms, ICU’s and recovery units at all hospitals in our area. As a result of their efforts, they have been able to keep the entire Salt & Forge team employed.
