Robin Crouch’s Strawberry Bread

RICHMOND, Va. -- Robin Crouch, award-winning baker and recipe developer, is back in the Virginia This Morning kitchen! This time she shared her quick, easy and simple summer strawberry bread recipe.

🍓 Strawberry Bread 🍓

1 1/2 cup flour
1 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup pecans
1 teaspoon orange extract
1 1/4 cup of mashed strawberries
2 eggs
2/3 cup oil

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Have two large bowls out. One for dry ingredients (flour, sugar, baking soda, salt and pecans) and one for the wet ingredients (extract, berries, eggs and oil). After blending ingredients in their bowls, combine the two bowls just mixing until the dry ingredients are incorporated. Pour into a greased loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour. Enjoy!
