Ingredients
1 cup low fat cottage cheese
1/4 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
1/4 tsp dill
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp lemon juice
Combine all ingredients in a food processor, blend until all lumps are gone and had a consistency of hummus. Chill in refrigerator for one hour. Serve with sliced cucumbers, tomatoes or carrot sticks.
