RICHMOND, Va. – Ernie Hudson, actor and two-time cancer survivor, joined us this morning to speak about cancer prevention. Many routine cancer screenings and vaccinations were postponed or cancelled due to the coronavirus pandemic. As restrictions are lifting, Hudson says it’s critical that people get their appointments back on the books – and especially important to get kids in for their scheduled vaccinations, including the HPV vaccine. He encourages everyone to Think About the Link, a campaign that aims to raise awareness that HPV, hepatitis B and hepatitis C can lead to cancer. For more information, please click here.
