Bourbon Chicken Recipe
Feeds 4
4 6oz Boneless skinless chicken Breast
1 Tablespoon of Minced Garlic
1 tablespoon of Fresh Ginger
1/4 cup Bourbon
Salt and Pepper
1/2 cup of Chicken broth
1/2 tablespoon corn starch
2 tablespoons of brown sugar
Green onions
Olive oil
1. Cut chicken breast in even chunks. Salt and pepper generously to taste.
2. Get a pan hot on medium high heat and sear chicken until completely done then remove.
3. Add garlic and ginger and cook for 1 minute.
4. Combine corn starch and chicken broth and mix well.
5. Add chicken broth mixture to the pan with all remaining ingredients except the green onions and bring to a boil.
6. Add chicken and simmer on low uncovered for 10 minutes until sauce thickens and can stick to back of spoon.
7. Once done you can enjoy over rice or your favorite sides and garnish with green onions.
