RICHMOND, Va. - On Friday, June 26, The American Heart Association hosted its signature gala, the 28th Annual Richmond Heart Ball. This year’s event may have been virtual, but the team still managed to break their fundraising record, raising more than $1.3 million to assist in reducing the impacts of COVID-19 for those who have been diagnosed with heart disease or suffered a stroke.
