Haisley Holden, The Women Veterans Program Manager and Staff Chaplain Brenda Phillips from the Central Virginia VA Health Care System visited Virginia This Morning. They talked with our host Jessica Noll about why the 30th Annual Women Veterans History Month Ceremony, which takes place on Friday, March 20th from 12pm to 1pm, means so much to the 100+ year history of women who have served.
