RICHMOND, Va. -- The Virginia Capital Trail Foundation and the East Coast Greenway Alliance are partnering for the first-ever virtual Winter Warrior Challenge.
So the Capital Trail is 51.7 miles trail, it goes from Richmond to James City County it’s awesome and the East Coast Greenway it is a trail that goes from Maine to Florida.
The hope is to stay active and “conquer Virginia” and so the goal would be to run, bike, walk, skateboard, 282 miles.
Or you can even do the challenge on the capital trail or on a treadmill. You can also participate with team members or by yourself.
One of the perks is that you get a sweatshirt as well that says conquer Virginia with a picture of Virginia with a line in it so a great way to show off your swag.
And where can you start the challenge? Either on the East Coast Greenway in Virginia or the coastal route from DC using the Capital Trail.
