RICHMOND, Va. -- Tom Patton is a man of his word.
After pledging to wear a pink suit on TV if the Making Strides for Breast Cancer team reached it fundraising goal, Patton gave his Friday morning forecast in a pink sweatsuit.
"This is really soft," Patton said before turning the Backyard Weather Center sidewalk into his own personal catwalk.
