RICHMOND, Va. -- After a long time percolating, Starbucks is now serving up coffee in a new West End location. The Seattle-based coffee shop chain opened a location last week at 6201 River Road, in a former BB&T bank branch building. The 1,800-square-foot shop in the River Road Shopping Center features a drive-thru and outdoor patio.
