SPOTSYLVANIA COUNTY, Va. — A shocked Spotsylvania County community attempted to slowly get back to normal Wednesday, hours after four teenagers were arrested and charged in connection with a gun battle that killed three people on Olde Greenwich Circle.

Two 16-year-olds, one 17-year-old, and 18-year-old Jeremiah Upson were charged early Wednesday morning with malicious wounding, use of a firearm in the commission of a felony, and unlawful assembly.

"One of the 16-year-old suspects is currently at a local hospital suffering from a gunshot wound," a Spotsylvania County Sheriff's Office spokesperson said in a press release. "Two of the suspects are Spotsylvania County residents, and two are Caroline County residents. Three of the suspects have been incarcerated with no bond. The suspect who is currently in a local hospital will be incarcerated upon his discharge."

Investigators also released information about those killed in the shooting.

The deceased include:

Chase Feaster, 18, of Spotsylvania County

Alonzo Goffney, 18, of Spotsylvania County

A 20-year-old man whose name is being withheld pending confirmation by the Medical Examiner’s Office.

It was about 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday when 911 calls came in about a shooting at a townhouse complex in Spotsylvania County, just outside Fredericksburg, said Maj. Elizabeth Scott, spokesperson for the Spotsylvania Sheriff’s Office.

Investigators said the initial investigation revealed the motive for the shooting was "an illegal gun sale/robbery."

"I ain't never seen nothing like that at all," a man named Rodney, who lives in the community, said about the violent evening. "There were at least 100 shots going off. That's what it sounded like, just back to back to back to back. Sounded like I was playing video games... one of the Call of Duty games."

A neighbor named Ty said his thoughts were with the children who live on the street where the shootout happened.

"With all the stray bullets and everything going on, I just want to thank God, by the grace of God, that none of those kids were out here," Ty said.

Doorbell camera and cellphone video from neighbors given to CBS 6 shows some of the aftermath—starting with two people holding long guns walking back toward the area where the shooting happened—and it appears blood soaked the arm of one of them.

Another neighbor, who didn't want to go on camera, says those two were stopped and arrested in front of her door, and the guns were left leaning on her fence.

She says she came home right after the shooting and found bullets had ripped through her house.

"They traumatized me," she told CBS 6. "I could have been in the kitchen, and those bullets could have gone through my window and killed me."
