COLONIAL HEIGHTS, Va. -- The owner of a local mall has fallen into bankruptcy. CBL Properties, owner of Southpark Mall in Colonial Heights, announced Monday it had filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy as part of a restructuring plan.
