PETERSBURG, Va. -- A death investigation is underway in Petersburg following a shooting that happened Thursday evening.
The shooting happened on Seaboard and Church Streets around 6:00 p.m. The victim was transported to the hospital for life-threatening injuries, according to police.
Police did not provide a suspect description at this time.
