HOPEWELL, Va. -- Police have identified a man killed in Hopewell Thursday night.
Officers responded to the 1300 block of Edward Bland Court for the shooting right before 9:30 p.m.
When they arrived, officers found 32-year-old Marcus Parker, of Petersburg, inside a home with life-threatening injuries. He was then transported to the hospital where he died.
Parker has been transported to the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner for autopsy.
There is no suspect description at this time.
