PETERSBURG, Va. -- Police are asking for the public's help to find a man wanted in Petersburg on domestic violence charges.
Petersburg Police said 24-year-old J'vohn E. Sousa has warrants for Strangulation and Aggravated Malicious Wounding Domestic.
Sousa's last know address is in the 10 block of Fillmore Street, where officers said the crime occured, but that he also "has ties to Dinwiddie County."
