HENRICO COUNTY, Va. -- A man accused of kidnapping a 14-year-old girl in North Carolina has been arrested in Henrico County.
U.S. Marshals says they assisted in the recovery of a 14-year-old girl and the arrest of her alleged kidnapper Julio Cesar-Campos Vasquez in Henrico.
Cesar-Campos Vasquez was booked into Henrico Jail West on April 17, according to the Henrico County Sheriff's Office website.
He has been charged with child abduction and second-degree kidnapping and is being held in Henrico County Jail pending extradition to North Carolina.
