HOPEWELL, Va. — A person suffered multiple gunshot wounds in a Sunday night shooting, Crime Insider sources told Jon Burkett.
Hopewell Police shared information about the shooting in a Monday afternoon email.
"On Sunday, January 12, 2025, at 9:01 P.M., Hopewell Telecommunications received a call in reference to a male subject who had just been shot. Officers arrived on the scene in the 1000 block of Langston Park Dr., where they located an adult male suffering from gunshot wounds," a police spokesperson said. "The victim had life threatening injuries and was transported to a local area hospital for further treatment. The investigation into this incident is ongoing."
