RICHMOND, Va. -- Water rescue crews in Chesterfield worked to rescue residents from apartments that almost flooded on Thursday.
Crews took six residents from their homes along Star View Lane by raft after water rose from a nearby creek.
While the apartments didn't flood, officials said the residents did not feel safe in their apartments.
