RICHMOND, Va. -- All northbound and southbound lanes of I-95 were temporarily closed at exit 74B in Richmond Wednesday night following a crash.
Around 8 p.m., a tractor-trailer struck the cement jersey wall near the exit.
Backups were reported throughout Wednesday evening as multiple lanes were temporarily closed.
No injuries were reported.
