RICHMOND, Va. -- Richmond Police are searching for a man wanted in connection to an August 2019 rape.
Victor M. Manuel, 32, of Chesterfield, VA is wanted for raping a woman in the 4000 block of Forest Hill Avenue back on August 4, 2019.
