HARRISONBURG, Va. -- Virginia State Police has issued an Amber Alert for a 3-year-old Virginia girl who was abducted in Harrisonburg Monday morning.

Police say Brianna Reyes-Cardoza is believed to be in extreme danger and was last seen at Burkwood Court in Harrisonburg around 8:24 a.m.

Brianna is described as a Hispanic female, 3 foot tall, 36 pounds, with black hair, brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a red short sleeve shirt with Minnie Mouse on the front, pink shorts and pink sandals.

The child is believed to have been abducted by Jose Edin Reyes-Paz. He is described as a Hispanic Male, black hair, brown eyes, 5 foot 6 inches tall, weighing 160 pounds. He was last seen wearing a white t-shirt, black pants and a dark-colored beanie.

There is no vehicle description at this time.
