CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, Va. -- James Mitchell, 40, of Chesterfield, was reported missing on July 1, 2021. Family reported last seeing him on June 13. Mitchell is also wanted by police for a June 9 break in on Regalia Drive.
He was described as about 6'1" and 220 pounds with brown hair and hazel eyes.
