CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, Va. -- Two children were killed and three other people were hurt in a Monday morning house fire on Flynn Road in Chesterfield County.
Chesterfield and Richmond Fire crews were called to the home, near Chippenham Parkway and Hull Street Road, at about 3:55 a.m.
The names and ages of the deceased have not yet been released.
One child and a woman were taken to the hospital and last listed in critical condition.
A man taken to the hospital was listed as stable.
Neighbors who gathered outside the home indicated a family of five lived in the house.
The cause of the house fire remains under investigation.
