HENICO COUNTY, Va. -- Saint Michael's Church on Springfield Road in Glen Allen collected food Sunday to make sure none of their neighbors go hungry.
"Food pantries are very busy right now, too many people are hurting," Pastor Dan Brady said. "And so we want to make sure, if we can, that we respond to them and help."
Church officials said the donations filled two trailers and a U-Haul truck with food and other items.
Those donations will be delivered to Our Lady of Lourdes Church on Woodman Road Monday morning.
