CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, Va. -- Cohort three students returned to in-person learning in Chesterfield on Monday, October 26.
This group includes fourth and fifth graders, high school students who attend both the Career and Technical Centers and automotive class at Midlothian High, as well some alternative education middle school students.
Students in cohorts two, three, and four will return with a hybrid system of two in-person learning days.
Students returning to the classrooms will be placed in two groups based on last names.
Those with last names A-K will attend classes on Monday and Tuesday.
Students with last names L-Z will be in school on Thursday and Friday.
Chesterfield County School Board plans to meet with the health committee to get an update on Tuesday, October 27.
That update will determine if kids in Cohort four, middle and high school students, will be able to begin in-person learning.
