HENRICO COUNTY, Va. -- Join CBS 6 anchor Reba Hollingsworth and thousands of others raising awareness and money to help in the fight against breast cancer during the 2020 virtual Making Strides Against Breast Cancer of Richmond Sunday, Oct. 18.

The annual event raises money for the American Cancer Society fund breast cancer research and provide services like free rides to chemo, free places to stay near treatment and a live 24/7 cancer helpline.

"While we cannot all be together in person, we will still all walk together united and continue the fight against breast cancer," organizers said. "Walk when you like and where you feel most comfortable, be it alone or with family and friends."

The "Strides Live Across America: A National Celebration," a one-hour broadcast at noon on Facebook, YouTube or MakingStridesWalk.org, will showcase and unite breast cancer survivors and highlight communities and supporters across the nation.
