RICHMOND, Va. -- While guests can’t currently visit the Science Museum of Virginia due to COVID-19, there are other ways to enjoy what the museum has to offer.
The Science Museum is now premiering a virtual series called "Science Shorts."
Timshel Purdum, the Director of Playful Learning and Inquiry at the Science Museum of Virginia, said that the series consists of "little tidbits" of science, short videos all under five minutes that introduce fun, DIY science activities.
The series will go up every Tuesday on the museum’s Facebook page at 10 a.m.
Longer versions of the videos will be posted to the museum’s website for families to explore.
