RICHMOND, Va. -- Four Miles for Kids is going to look a bit different this year due to COVID-19.
Instead of running miles in a set time frame, participants are encouraged to do their miles in their neighborhoods, park trails and on treadmills.
And the beauty of Four Miles for Kids at Home, you don’t have to finish it in one day.
MeKenna Underwood with Children’s Hospital Foundation say if you cannot participate on October 3 you can complete your miles in the month of October, just takes pictures and send them in.
