RICHMOND, Va. -- Did you have fun at the Dominion Energy Christmas Parade? Rob Cardwell did! Before the parade began, Rob walked the route to thank those who showed up early for braving the cold.
With support from Virginia Credit Union, Rob distributed candy canes and various gift cards to parade goers as part of the CBS 6 Month of Giving.
