Chelsea is an Emmy award-winning journalist for CBS 6. She serves as a general assignment and investigative reporter for the station.
She joined CBS 6 in 2013, and has covered a range of stories during her time here, including the tornado that hit Central Virginia in February 2016, tracking elected officials and their spending, as well as digging into issues within Richmond Public Schools.

Prior to moving to Richmond, she served as a reporter and fill-in anchor in Utica, NY. There, she uncovered state officials not following guidelines when it comes to registered sex offenders, which prompted changes.

She graduated from The University of Arizona with a BA in Broadcast Journalism.

During her free time she enjoys working out, spending time with her dog, Jax, and exploring the River City.

She’s originally from Scottsdale, AZ but is happy to now call Central Virginia home.
