RICHMOND, Va. -- More than 35,000 Dominion Energy customers lost power Friday morning amid a wind advisory in Central Virginia.
In Henrico, more than 13,000 customers are without power, 10,000 are in the dark in Hanover, and more than 5,000 in Chesterfield.
