RICHMOND, Va.– Richmond emergency crews responded to a call about an injured person on Wednesday afternoon.
According to Lt. Armstrong with Richmond Fire, a minor was found suffering from a leg injury on the dry rocks.
Fire crews at the scene were able to assist RAA with getting the individual back to a usable path.
