GOOCHLAND COUNTY, Va. -- All lanes of Interstate 64 in Goochland reopened at about 3 a.m. Thursday after a tractor-trailer crash, hours earlier, shutdown all westbound lanes near the Oilville Road exit.

A tree fell on the interstate and caused a tractor-trailer to jackknife.

No one was hurt, but diesel spilled from the crash truck.

Storms were moving through the area at the time of the crash.
