RICHMOND, Va- Richmond writer Harry Kollatz will be a part of author and editor Kris Spisak's popular "Grammartopia" program, which returns to Richmond this week. This morning, Jessica and Bill got the inside scoop on Harry's new novel Carlisle Montgomery and Kris Spisak's book Get a Grip on Your Grammar, the inspiration for the program.
