RICHMOND, Va. — More than 26,000 Dominion Energy customers lost power early Monday morning as power storms moved through Central Virginia.
Chesterfield County reported the most outages, as 2:40 a.m., with 12,617 outages.
Henrico County reported 6,400 outages and 3,636 outages were reported in the City of Richmond.
