RICHMOND, Va. — The driver of a tractor-trailer managed to get stuck in a ditch while attempting to make a turn in South Richmond, according to police.
Drivers should detour around the intersection of Courtland Street and Lynnhaven Avenue in Richmond as a tow truck works to remove the vehicle.
