Police need help ID’ing suspect in Dollar Tree theft

RICHMOND, Va. -- Police are asking for the public's help to identify a man wanted for shoplifting at a discount store last month.

Richmond Police shared a surveillance photo of the suspect they said stole several items from the Dollar Tree in the 300 block of Cowardin Avenue just after 4 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 23.
